We have a beautiful room located in the Parnell Natural Health clinic which is a multidisciplinary clinic situated on Parnell Road. It is close to the main bus route and to the Newmarket shops.

What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine which recognises the important link between the structure of the body and the way it functions. Osteopaths assist healing by focusing on how the skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, circulation, connective tissue and internal organs function together as a holistic unit.
Using skilled evaluation, diagnosis and a wide range of hands-on techniques, osteopaths can identify important types of dysfunction in your body. Osteopathic treatment uses techniques such as stretching and massage for general treatment of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons and ligaments) along with mobilisation and manipulation of specific joints and soft tissues using direct or indirect techniques.

Patrick is an osteopath with nearly 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry and personal training. This provides him with unique expertise in movement and exercise, which greatly complements his osteopathic practice.
Whether you're an athlete recovering from an injury, have general aches and pains, or are seeking overall function and mobility improvements, Patrick offers personalised treatment and management tailored to your goals.

After finishing his Masters of Osteopathy in Auckland, Aaron worked throughout New Zealand before taking on the ownership of Remuera Osteopaths. With an extensive background in postural health and alignment, Aaron traveled to the States where he presented his research on posture-related injuries in 2017.
With a passion to help, he can guarantee a thorough examination, quick referral to the appropriate health practitioner if required, a range of treatment techniques that can assist with injury recovery or general health and wellbeing and extensive knowledge of exercises to speed recovery or help prevent injury.
